Job Description:
- Develop sales and marketing for Outbound & Domestic Department
- Focus on small travel agents, corporates and domestic market
- Make sales visit and presentation of the company’s products
- Follow up all requests/bookings from partners
- Manage outbound executives
- customer service
- Able to travel when required
- Attend Exhibitions, meetings, events on behalf of the company
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Director
. - Seek the new partners and take good care of existing partners
- Respond to new business opportunities and enquiries in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner
- Ensure all bookings, customers details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes updated on databases
- Research and develop sales strategies appropriate to specific markets and opportunities
- Implement business development initiatives to consistently improve trip profitability
Job Requirement
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics or Business preferred
Good knowledge of outbound market
Minimum 3 - 4 years working experiences as Sales & Marketing in tourism
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent spoken and written English
Able to work under high pressure and overtime
Good geographical and destination knowledge about Vietnam (knowledge about South East Asian Countries is an advantage).
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good staff & work management skills
Self-motivated and self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative and contribute positively to the team environment within the business.
